What are the delivery rates?
The delivery rates are €6.76 for United Kingdom and €8.37 for Ireland.
What happens next?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will contain a link allowing you to follow the processing status of your order. Then, when your order is processed, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking link for your package.
What are the shipping/delivery times?
Delivery zone :
Currently we only ship to Europe.
Delivery method :
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 days (Monday to Friday) via GLS.
Processing time: 0-1 day (MONDAY - FRIDAY)
Transit time: 2-3 days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
What if I am not available on the day of delivery?
Our parcels are delivered by carriers who require a counter-signature upon receipt. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox containing information on the procedure to follow.
When will I receive my order ?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email. You can also check the status of your order and delivery in your account.
How to track my order ?
Your package can be tracked, the information relating to this tracking will appear in the e-mail that will be sent to you upon shipment.
What is our return and refund policy?
If you change your mind, you can return your order. Returns can be arranged simply by emailing us at contact@corten.plus

Sending status:
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't immediately receive a shipping confirmation email, don't worry! We know the delivery date or date range shown at checkout and will make sure to deliver the items within that time.
Order Changes:
You have 12 hours after your order to notify us of a change. Once your request is approved, it is modified or cancelled.
Object not received :
If you have placed an order and have not yet received it while the tracking status shows it is delivered, please contact the carrier for, but if it persists, please email us at contact@corten.plus.
If you haven't received your item within 30 days then you are eligible for a full refund and you can keep the item when you receive it.
