Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30 calendar day return policy. If you have encountered any problem(s) in the product, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your package, unfortunately we cannot accept your return and we do not can provide no refunds or exchanges. When you return your product, the products must be unused, in excellent condition and in the original packaging. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted and we will not provide a refund or exchange.
To offer you complete satisfaction, we have implemented a simple and effective return policy.
Here are the 4 scenarios:
- You wish to cancel or modify your order
We process orders you place quickly, usually within 24 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after your order to send a cancellation or modification email to email@example.com Beyond this period, your items will probably have been shipped.
- You have not received your package
Our delivery times are 2 to 3 working days, but in the event of a logistics delay, this period may extend up to 15 days.
If you don't receive your item within 30 days, then we'll refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to report an item not received.

- You received your item but you are not satisfied with it
No worries ! You can return your item to us up to 30 days after receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once you have started the refund process, you have 14 days to complete the return.
Here's how to do it in 5 steps:
- Contact support at email@example.com to let us know that you are going to make a return, indicating your order number or your first and last name.
- Once your email has been sent we will respond to you within 24 hours and send you a shipping label and a return label.
- Print your shipping label and your return label, then prepare your return package.
- Our carrier will come to your home the next business day to pick up the return package.
- When we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email, then after inspection of the package we will issue the refund. Please take into consideration that the refund may take 1-14 days once the package has been inspected.
The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, either in their original packaging or in another. In the event of deterioration of the article, Corten+ may refuse the return, replacement or refund because the article can no longer be considered as new. If the item has been misused it will not be refundable.
After receiving the article in our warehouses, we will refund the amount of your purchase by the method of payment that you used during the purchase.
Return costs are borne by Corten+.
- You received your item but it arrived damaged
It may happen that your package is shaken during delivery and that your object arrives broken.
In this case or in the case of a design defect, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Your order number or your first and last name
- The description of the problem (wrong / defective item, ...)
- A photo or video
- We will then issue the refund. Please take into consideration that the refund may take 1-14 days once the package has been inspected.
- The package does not need to be returned in this case.

If you change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible. If the products have already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. After receiving your products, you must request a return. We do not take any restocking fees.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email indicating that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you're approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 1-14 days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
